"Our family and many others worked hard to create a positive, sustainable concept plan for the future of Sandon back in the early 1990's.  This with done in concert with the Sandon Historical Society which at the time was a friendly, reputable, inclusive organization.  Sadly the society was taken over by a group that does not have a long term vision for Sandon.  Some of these individuals would like to see Sandon return to nature.  This is sad to us because we favour the preservation of our history so that people can enjoy it and learn from it.  This concept plan was widely distributed and was tremendously popular at the time.  We are hoping that the future of Sandon will be shaped along the lines of this proposal.  You may be able to be part of making this happen!  Enjoy the read.  This plan was the creation of many good minds.
